Return and Refund Policy

Once a design is placed on an item it can no longer be returned. 50% will be do up front to cover the cost of the items if you decide to let the deal fall through. If you purchase an item and do not get it customized, then you have 30 days to return it for a full refund. If there is an error on the companies' behalf, then a refund will be discussed based on the circumstances. Refunds are rare in this business because we go over everything with the customer before the creation occurs to make sure it is exactly what they want.
